Having spent hours on end studying for their mid-yearly exams, children and their families can let their hair down for Children’s Cinema Day on March 14.

Twelve films have been lined up for KRS Releasing Ltd’s 30th edition of the biannual event across all cinemas in Malta and Gozo.

The films programmed for exhibition on the day includes a variety of genres ranging from animation adventures and comedies, action adventure sci-fi, historical drama, comedy drama and comedy family fantasy.

Film shows at cinemas in Malta will run between 9:00am and 7:00pm. In Gozo, there will be screenings at the Citadel cinema at 4:00pm and 6:00pm and at Don Bosco Oratory at 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
