The Kummissjoni Å»għażagħ Bastjaniżi in collaboration with the  Qormi Local Council, Maypole Bakery Ltd and  Malta Tourism Authority  will be organizing  the 9th edition of Lejl F`Casal Fornaro on Saturday 17 October.

This event  was honoured with  the EFFE (Europe fo Festivals for Europe) label from amongst several countries  and will be representing Malta from amongst 31 festivals taking place around Europe as an international prestigious cultural festival.  

This national event  is designed to promote Qormi’s culture, tradition and folklore focusing on the town’s traditional bakeries and it's longstanding association with the Maltese loaf. Also this year’s competition in Maltese culinary will focus on the Torta tal-Marmurat.
