The Mdina Medieval Festival organised by the Mdina Local Council is an annual event held in Malta's medieval capital. During the two days of the Festival, the streets and squares of Mdina come alive with re-enactments of scenes from medieval times, like the town crier, a slave market, a medieval kitchen, sword fighting, archery, and medieval tavern. There are also battles and skirmishes, magic shows, live music, falconry displays, parades, flag throwing shows, and more…
