St. James Cavalier
Castille Place, Valletta
Start Date: 26 March 2016 and 30 April 2016 – 3pm
Venue: Music Room, Studio Room (St James Cavalier)
Children aged 7 plus will learn about science through theatre – or the art of puppetry, to be more specific.
A puppet show on the human brain is in the making as we speak.
Sean Briffa, the brilliant puppeteer and scientists from the Malta Chamber of Scientists will join forces to create a mind blowing show.
They'll cut the brain down to size to keep the performance fun and interesting.
A science workshop will be held after the show to give the children a hands-on experience of science.
Needless to say, but here goes anyway, the children will be encouraged to be as creative as possible and to explore their curiosity throughout the activity.
The workshop will be led by Science students from the University of Malta, Lucia Farrugia and Jessica Edwards, who will show the children just how important it is to question and learn about all things science.
This initiative is part of the Spazju Kreattiv programme
