HiTT Academy is organising a table tennis event in Valletta as part of the World Table Tennis Day (WTTD) celebrations that have been announced by the International Federation.
This is the second year that the WTTD is being held.
Official day is the 6th of April but events are being held all throughout the week in various countries across the globe.
The event in Republic Street (in front of the Law Courts) that HiTT are organising will be held on Saturday 9th April from 10am to 2pm.
2 tables will be installed in Republic Street from where they shall be promoting table tennis as a sport and a universal language, healthy living and inclusion.
Public participation is a priority as well as giving the players a chance to expose their skills to the public.
