Single classes:

Thursday 2nd June, from 6pm to 7pm

Tuesday 7th June, from 6pm to 7pm

Have a blast while strenghtening the core and tone up!

You don't need to know how to hulahoop to attend, this class is for anyone looking to try something new and fun while getting a workout! The hulahoops are handmade in various sizes, and have a large diamater so they are suitable for adult beginners!

They can be purchased in class or on request. Hula hooping may seem simplistic, but it is actually a fullbody, lowimpact, cardio workout, epecially when you include moves incorporating the whole body! Your entire body is in motion, and in addition to developing amazing corestength (way more fun than sit-ups!) it is also good for the back, hips, arms and shulders, coordination, balance and posture.

Most importantly it's FUN! It's pretty easy to forget you're actually working out when you're hula-hooping and moving to your favorite music! It can be done anywhere, the beach, park, garden, if a lot of your work day is spent sitting down – why not get up and hulahoop for 5 minutes now and then?

A fun way to get in some cardio during the day. Exercise certainly does not have to be boring – find something you enjoy doing and you'll be sticking with it for much longer than if you have to force yourself to get through your exercise routine. about the class: it'll go through different hulahoop-moves targeting the obliques, lower back, abs, hips, as well as shoulders and arms, we may also try combining them into a fun routine! Everything can be moderated to fit your level and advanced as you progress! Dont worry if you don't get the hang of it immedietaly – be patient with yourself, it just takes a little bit of practice! The trainer has a lot of experience teaching people how to hulahoop in Norway. She started in 2008.
