his unique class combines mindfulness of Yoga with self expression of Dance.
These fun, creative classes encourage a child's curiosity for knowledge and creativity. Our dancing yogis will combine simple yoga and dance poses with imaginative stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills, whilst increasing flexibility, body awareness and coordination.
Children will be encouraged to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly!
Children will experience flowing combinations, and calming restorative time in a playful, welcoming environment. One that will nurture their growing minds and bodies !
TEACHER:
Christina was born in Malta and has been immersed in the dance culture since the age of nine. She began training with Theresa Lungaro Mifsud at 'The Dance Workshop' where she obtained her advanced 2 Cecchetti Classical Ballet with Distinction as well as her DDI Teachers Qualification -Diploma in Dance Instruction.
She then decided to further her dance studies at 'London Contemporary Dance School' In 2013 where she obtained her Diploma in Contemporary dance from the University of Kent.

4 to 6 years old: 4pm till 4:50pm
Max 10/12 kids for each class
