Date: 2pm – Sunday, June 19, 2022 – Father's Day

Cost: FREE! Except for cost of membership, if participants do not have one.

Location: Bottomlands Park

This is a chance for parents to introduce discs/'Frisbees' to their kids/teens.

Focus: Getting comfortable with the disc; working on physical literacy: spinning, twirling, flipping, kicking, balancing, having fun, being safe, not being afraid of a flying disc etc. Learning how discs work!
