Bring your little ones along for a hands-on heritage adventure at the beautiful Ta' Kola Windmill in Xagħra, Gozo!

This family-friendly event runs on Thursday 19th March (public holiday) from 10:00am to 12:00pm and includes a guided tour and creative workshop that kids will love.

What to Expect:

  • A fun guided tour of an authentic 18th-century windmill — one of the few left from the time of the Knights — where children can imagine what village life was like long ago.

  • A relaxed exploration of traditional Maltese crafts, including how cotton and weaving played a part in daily life in the past.

  • A chance for kids (and grown-ups!) to watch a real weaver at work and try some simple weaving techniques themselves — perfect for curious little hands!
