Hard hitting science debates are coming to Science in the City. In the beautiful green courtyard of the Palazzo Ferreira a moderator will introduce each session on the following topics:

7pm: the singularity is near: will humans become obsolete?

8pm: Gene manipulation to cure: Pandora’s box or life saver?

9pm: Mind Reading: Miracle Cure or Big Brother ?

10pm: Aliens: Would we recognise them?

Two experts will accompany the moderator for a public debate around each topic. Come and join in or watch the battle of minds.
