The Johann Strauss School of Music Malta, in collaboration with Valletta 2018 Foundation, is this month organising a series of djembe drumming workshops for people from all over the island.

The workshops will be conducted by renowned Senegalese percussionist Mousse Ndiaye.

There are currently some 60-minute sessions available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The School of Music is opening this opportunity to the public, families, groups of friends and established entities as a team-building exercise.

Drum circles bring people together and enhance healthy group work and participation. A djembe drum will be made available for each participant for each workshop.
