For the first time Malta will be joining over 20 countries in a worldwide competition called FameLab. After auditions, selections and workshops finalists will compete with 3-minute attention grabbing talks that everyone can enjoy. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges formed by writer Malcolm Galea, ecologist Dr Sandro Lanfranco and engineer Dr Ing. John C. Betts. The winner will represent Malta in the International UK Cheltenham Science Festival in June 2013. The event will be hosted by Colin Fitz with the participation of KulTural.
