Step back in time this Easter!

We've spotted a wonderful cultural journey hosted by Heritage Malta at the historic Inquisitor's Palace and National Museum of Ethnography in Birgu.
On Thursday, 9th April, families are invited to dive into the rich customs of Holy Week and Easter Sunday. This isn't just a history lesson; it's a hands-on experience that brings Maltese traditions to life for the younger generation.
Why this cultural morning is a must:
Guided Discovery: Explore the museum's permanent display to understand the historical roots of Maltese Easter.
Traditional Crafting: Kids will get to make their very own ċuqlajta (a traditional wooden clapper used during Holy Week).
Sweet Treats: No Maltese Easter is complete without figolli!
Event Details:
Age Group: Recommended for ages 7 and over
Tickets: Available online at the Heritage Malta store.
