Location: St George’s Square, Valletta

Planes land in Valletta, well parts of a plane as well as a model aircraft, video displays, bio mimicked shark skin, and a cockpit will be set up on St George’s Square.

From a sitting slumber, two everyday citizens begin to collide, spin and fall to the laws of motion and gravity. Accompanied by documentary narration they enter into a comedic physical theatre performance highlighting Newton’s three laws of motion. Lufthansa are providing plane seats which will be creatively used by Doug Comley and Sandra Mifsud. The contemporary dance will be performed hourly on the hour and based on Newton’s Laws of Motion, which at the end of the day, do help keep planes stay in the air.
