Meeting time: 9 January at 1.30pm. Coach leaves at 2pm.

Meeting Point: Phoenicia Hotel, Floriana.

With the sea on your right, you walk on the surfaced road along the cliffs in an easterly direction, passing the white dome of the Radar Antenna and the "Tal-Madalena" chapel. You continue along the clifftop for quite some time enjoying beautiful seaward views all the way. When the road bears left  inland, you turn right and proceed to the Bronze Age settlement were you can see the 3000 year old silos. You go down the winding track and proceed towards Fawwara where you stop to regroup on the parvis of the chapel. The adventurous can go down the path to visit the spring and underground chapel below the main chapel. Back on the road you continue for some time, passing Sir Basil Spencer's old house high up on your left and the Lunzjata chapel. You soon turn right going downhill till you reach the tracked Għar Lapsi road, where you turn left uphill and continue past the quarry to the roundabout and your coaches.
