Malta International Music Festival 2017
The Malta International Music Festival and Competition aims to create a platform for young musicians to perform and at the same time learn from acclaimed professors. The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra will be featured in two of the festival's concerts. The Malta International Music Festival is presented in collaboration with the European Foundation for Support of Culture.
MASTER CLASSES will take place from 12 Apr till 20 Apr 2017 in Valletta.
The master-classes will be held by world-wide famous professors of the European piano academies.
Each professor will give 45 minutes of individual lesson to the active participants of the master classes, altogether
5 lessons.
Participation Fee – Master Classes:
Active participants: €600
Passive Participants: €250

20 Apr 2017: Draw of lots establishing running order of participants’performances
21-24 Apr 2017: 1st Round
25-27 Apr 2017: Final Round
28 Apr 2017: Gala Concert of winners. Venue: Robert Samut Hall, Floriana
