Great for mums and babies, Baby Yoga courses will help strengthen your baby’s bones and muscle tone and develop co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. Over a six-week course of classes you will learn a series of structured baby yoga moves to help foster your baby’s development. Sessions begin with gentle ‘MamaStretch’ postnatal exercises and end with a beautiful ‘MamaChill’ relaxation and mindfulness session to give you the self-care and nurturing that you deserve.
