Marsaskala Nights – Iljieli Skalin 

These cultural activities, brought to you by the Marsaskala Local Council, will be held in front of St Thomas Tower, in an area which holds hundreds of salt pans and Mamo Tower. Inside St Thomas Tower there will be various exhibitions.

This event is being held from Friday 7th October until Sunday 9th October.

The programme is as follows:

Friday 7th: from 18:00 – Dancing, piano playing and choir singing 

Saturday 8th: from 18:00 – Salt pans will be illuminated by torches, a video regarding the salt pans around Malta & Gozo will be presented, while a dancing and singing exhibition by Dreams Group will start at 20:00. 

Sunday 9th: from 09:00 – In Guardia re-Enactment showing historical episodes from the times of the Knights, organized by the Malta Tourism Authority, dances by MKLeisure. 

During the Marsaskala Nights, you can embark on the fun train that will take you to many historical buildings in Marsaskala.
