A series of 20 minute talks will be given every hour. researchers will be exploring the different ways that science and technology help us recover information on past societies and how to preserve cultural heritage. Highlights from the ‘Malta – The Great Story of a small Island Nation in 100 Objects’ will be used to explain aspects of the evolution of technology.

An interactive experiments area will be open to the public. Participants will be able to use the equipment to gain a more in depth view of what goes on behind the scenes in museums, conservation labs and at archaeological digs.
