Mumz! has approached Emma Hogg, founder of website “A Life I Choose”, to hold a talk dedicated to mothers. She will discuss the emotional experiences of children and how the way we respond to them impacts their receptiveness to discipline. Emma will show you how you can empower your children to choose good behaviour.

Emma is a Gestalt Psychotherapist in her final months of training. She has worked in schools with children, teens and their parents. Her main area of study looks into how attachment in the early years affects the rest of life. She now works in private practice with adolescents and adults.

Mothers and mothers-to-be are invited to share a couple of hours with us for an educational and fun get together. Emma will do most of the talking but she invites you to ask questions and share your experiences.

Programme:
11:15 – Talk by Emma Hogg
11:45 – Tea and coffee break
12:00 – Q&A
12:30 – Raffle
