In collaboration with Rachael Hollwey from Reach One Hundred Pilates, Vivendo is hosting LIVE a series of short but effective Pilates exercises that you can do at your desk at the start of your workday! Starting Tuesday 16th at 8:45AM.
Rachael Hollwey is a specialised Pilates Instructor in orthopaedic conditions. Throughout this series of live 15 minute videos, she will be demonstrating a few exercise tips to relieve tension and stress in different body parts from spending too much time sitting down at your desk, whether you're back at the office or still working from home.
Practising Pilates has a positive impact on your wellbeing overall and implementing a few exercises to your daily routine can definitely add a spark to your day and a boost to your productivity.
