The Malta International Food Festival is being held on Friday 29th May and Saturday 30th May 2015 from 18:00hrs onwards at the Mdina Ditch. 

Hosted at the amazing Mdina ditch, professional chefs will be showcasing food from six different parts of the world on Friday 29th May and Saturday 30th May. All those attending can indulge in freshly-prepared American, Asian, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Maltese food. Desserts and surprises, together with live cooking shows and spectacles will be the order of the day.

Designated food areas will be carefully decorated to give the visitors the opportunity to virtually transport themselves to the countries and regions being depicted through the culinary expertise of the chefs.

During the event, patrons will be entertained with live performances on two different stages offering the likes of Malta’s finest artists which shall compliment to the atmosphere. Children will also have their share – with activities including bouncy castles, face-painting and other animation to keep them entertained.

The way it works is easy. Purchase tokens and redeem for any food you desire from any of our international stands. Drinks, including a variety of quality wine will be available to purchase from the ditch at reasonable prices.
