Covering a range of cooking techniques, food safety as well as educating about the use of local, seasonal and sustainable produce this course is designed to foster well rounded and competent young cooks.
Beginners – This course is for Junior Chefs who have attended the Junior Baker or who are new to the academy.
NEW Intermediate – This course is for Junior Chefs who attended last years summer programme.
All necessary precautions and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities will be strictly adhered to during the course of these sessions.
