The Inquisitor's Palace
Witchcraft, magical spells, theft and profanation of the sacred and a myriad of other curious episodes from the past are some of the themes of this fascinating exhibition. The exhibition explores the role of the Inquisitor as supreme judge of the Holy Inquisition and an Apostolic Delegate representative of the Papacy. Exhibits include authentic proceedings and magical sheets from the Cathedral Archives, Palace plans from the Vatican Archives, and a number of books originally belonging to the Inquisitor’s own personal library.  Ticket included in entry to the Inquisitor's Palace.
