The Tarxien Local Council, in collaboration with Heritage Malta, is organising special tours to the Tarxien Temples on the 24th June to celebrate Jum Hal Tarxien. The tours will describe the archaeological remains and the activities which are being carried out as part of the Archaeological Heritage Conservation Project, partly funded by the European Regional Development Funds (ERDF), Cohesion Policy 2007-2013. Tours are being sold by the Local Council. They will be at 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00hrs. Each group will consist of a maximum of 25 individuals.
