An incentive to give back to Mother Earth by planting baby trees that will flourish and grow, providing us with clean air and nutrients for years to come.

In the chain of species, TREES are a pinnacle, a perfect living structure. Trees defy gravity, they are the only natural element in perpetual movement towards the sky. They grow unhurriedly towards the sun, which nourishes their foliage.

This event will be held at the Why Not? Creativity Vortex, it will be a celebration of trees in a space where participants can share food and plant trees at the same time. Show up any time between 11am and 5pm.

Participants will be planting fruit trees. These will be established trees (1-2 years old) to ensure a good survival rate.

Those looking after this land host many school outings where school children from all over the country to attend workshops on sustainability, nutrition and well being; giving them a chance to connect and be in nature.

The main objective is to further develop the land by planting many trees, creating a sustainable food forest for future generations to come.

Price: Trees cost €7 (You can choose a tree from the selection available and plant it in the ground during the event, or the organisiers can plant it for you later on).
