Following the success of BISYOC International Symphony Orchestra in 2012, Julian Gibbons returns to Malta with the Black Forest Youth Wind Band. Victory Day Concert will feature works including Barnes' Third Symphony and lighter music such as Riverdance and Phantom of the Opera.
