The Ocean deserves it's own day and Malta National Aquarium want you to get involved!
Throughout the day on their grounds, you shall be holding different activities from 'Kids plastic Workshop' to 'A plastic Ocean' Screening.
12pm onwards: Educational and Awareness Videos, Including the most popular Childrens Program 'OCTONAUTS' on their very own big screen!
'Kids plastic workshop' will run through out the day – they shall be showing you what they can make from your plastic bottles/lids/bags or you could even show them your ideas!
13:30pm: 'Walk for the Ocean' – Join them on a clean up walk from the Aquarium to St Pauls Bay primary and back, meeting at 13:15 by the main screen, return by 4pm.
16:30: 'Kids plastic Workshop' – Join them by the plastic workshop to help them create something made from the rubbish collected during the walk.
18:30: Speeches from the Aquarium and NGO's
19:00: Screening of 'A PLASTIC OCEAN' – award winning documentary highlighting the every worrying problem of plastic in their every day lives.
Along side the activities on their grounds, you shall also have educational Information on their Tablets regarding plastics and a 'TRASH HUNT' – help them and their diver find the trash in their main tank Time TBC.
